Spicy, rare breed salami from Calabria. Free range.

Made with meat from the shoulder and aged for at least two months, this dark red salsiccia contains just pork, salt and chilli. Tonino Sansone grows the peperoncino piccante chillies he uses on his farm.

Small and spicy, this is perfect for picnics, or to add colour to a charcuterie plate. Other spicy salami include Soppressata, also from Calabria, and striking Ventricina from Abruzzo.
