Salami from an award winning Salumificio in Piedmont. Free Range.

Only the best lean cuts of pork are used to make the Cassettas’ Salame della Rosa. The meat is hand worked, and seasoned with nebbiolo wine. This is a slightly larger salame than their others, and the longer ageing makes it tender and full of flavour.

Made by the same producer, Cacciatorino al Barolo is smaller and made instead with barolo wine, and Salame al Tartufo is made with locally grown truffles.
