Ideal for cooking, Carlo Pieri’s pancetta is coated in a fennel-based herb mix. Not aged for long, it adds richness and pep to pasta dishes, stews and soups.

Other products that are often used in cooking include Nduja, Chorizo, Lardo di Colonnata and (of course) Parmesan.
