Traditional salame from Tuscany. Extensively reared.
This salame is a mix of the best, lean cuts from the the shoulder, leg and neck, studded with large pieces of tender back fat. It is seasoned with red wine, garlic and whole peppercorns. Salame Toscano makes a classic addition to a charcuterie platter, and is a great favourite on Saturdays at Spa Terminus.
This is a large salame. To make the most of this product, we recommend using a domestic slicer.
