ORDERING
As soon as you place your order we will process the information you have given us. If anything is missing, or we anticipate any problems with our normal delivery schedule, we will get in touch with you. Otherwise, your order should be delivered on the designated Wednesday between 8am and 6pm.

SUBSTITUTIONS
Made on such a small scale, our charcuterie may vary slightly in size or shape from batch to batch. Occasionally this might mean that, in order for us to give you the correct weight of salami, we don’t send a whole one. You will be notified of this before the order is sent out.

QUALITY ISSUES
If your order has been damaged during delivery, please call/ email us as soon as you can and if possible send pictures. We cannot accept any responsibility for quality deterioration due to an incorrect address, delayed delivery due to extreme weather, no alternative delivery instructions given, or other events that are out of our control (e.g. delivery vehicle breakdown).

PAYMENT
We accept payment online by Maestro, Solo, Electron, Visa, MasterCard and Delta. Your payment is processed through PayPal which ensures that all your information remains secure.

CANCELLATION
You may cancel an order as long as we receive the notification a minimum of 2 days before the designated delivery date. We will issue a refund in full.
