Morgan Pasqual and his wife Luciana work closely with the regional association, the Organizzazione Produttori Ortofrutticoli Veneto, to find the best, freshest vegetables.  Steamed and preserved in vinegar and oil, these vegetables are great with an antipasto of cheese or salumi but also make an excellent condiment mixed in salads, served with burgers, grilled chicken or stuffed peppers. The very traditional Giardiniera di Luciana is the one you're most likely to find in a trattoria served alongside a plate of cheese or salumi with small pieces of crunchy mixed vegetables preserved in oil and vinegar
Carrots, fennel, cauliflower, red and yellow pepper, onion, CELERY, sunflower oil, extra virgin olive oil, white wine vinegar, water, Cervia sea salt, sugar
Once opened keep refrigerated and eat within one week
