Morgan Pasqual and his wife Luciana work closely with the regional association, the Organizzazione Produttori Ortofrutticoli Veneto, to find the best, freshest vegetables.  Steamed and preserved in vinegar and oil, these vegetables are great with an antipasto of cheese or salumi but also make an excellent condiment mixed in salads, served with burgers, grilled chicken or stuffed peppers. The Giardiniera di Giada has the addition of fine green beans and purple onions to make a beautiful addition to any dish

Once opened keep refrigerated and eat within one week
