A salame made with prime cuts from the shoulder, loin and ham mixed with the best back fat. It is seasoned with garlic and then smoked overnight over beech and mountain pine. In the 2018  Campionato Italiano del Salame (the prestigious, annual Italian salami competition) it won first prize in the category of most popular salame as voted for by the public
Made in Friuli. This salami will arrive wrapped in paper. Store it in the fridge and eat within 2 weeks
