Tracking my order
You will receive a tracking email from the courier when your order goes out for delivery. You can follow the progress of your order via the link in this email. Typically orders are scanned 4-6 times throughout their journey, so don’t be alarmed if you don’t see more frequent updates than this.
When the delivery arrives
Unpack the order from its box. In the unlikely event of a problem, please contact us immediately.
Standard delivery orders should arrive between 8AM and 6PM on your preferred delivery date. During peak times, for example in the run up to Christmas, these hours are extended. If you live in a remote rural area delivery may take 2 days from dispatch
