La Scarpetta Extra Virgin Olive Oil (Blend) 2025 Harvest
Harvested in October & November 2025, three oils come to us from Cinzia Paci in Recanati, Le Marche. Cinzia has 1000 trees that she farms organically.
Every year Cinzia works with an olive oil sommelier to curate a blend with the perfect mix of her Ascolana Tenera, Pendolino, Coratina, Raggia and Mignola olives. The ratio changes every year depending on the characteristics of the harvest, but they are looking to create an intense oil that embodies Cinzia’s terroir and microclimate
This year’s has notes of fresh herbs and almonds, an oil that is strong but smooth and can be used on and in everything including olive oil cakes and biscuits. A great all-rounder.
To try on: Grilled vegetables and meats, pasta, fish stews, boiled potatoes.
1ltr tin or 3ltr bag in a box (an excellent way to stop contact with the air from degrading the oil)
We send out online orders once a month on the last Wednesday of each month and weekly in December
