Organic yellow Gialli Tomato Pasta Sauce 300g

From June to September a steady stream of tomatoes are picked in the fields surrounding the San Cesareo farmhouse near Fano and taken to the old stable building which has been transformed into a bright white kitchen.

Made by Sabina Pesce and Michele Nardini in Le Marche this prepared sauce is made with their yellow Gialli tomatoes which are sweeter than the classic red tomato and a staple in Italian kitchens. They also organic basil which they grown on their fields. The sauce has no added sugars or additives, and made using only extra virgin olive oil.
