Azienda Agricola Giuseppina Dolci is an organic farm in the Umbrian Appenines. At over 1000ms the land is wild and mountainous, not suited to conventional agriculture but pulses thrive in the harsh conditions and Giuseppina, her husband Antonio and children Domenico and Gloria cultivate over 30 different types. 

Their borlotti are organic and grown with minimum intervention. They are excellent in soups like Pasta Fagioli and stews
