Carlo Pieri's salame Toscano takes all the good cuts and mixes them with cubes of the best back fat, black peppercorns and his own red wine. The salty, dry meat is the perfect compliment to the sweet, moist fat. Delicious with some pecorino cheese and a glass of Tuscan red. Made in Tuscany
