A semi soft, washed rind cheese with a distinctive orange rind. Taleggio is excellent as a table cheese or melted on pizza and potatoes, in risotto and pasta. Ours is made by Arrigoni in the province of Bergamo. NET WEIGHT: Small approx 240g, Medium approx 480g, Large approx 1kg
