A carefully chosen blend of Intosso & Gentile di Chieti olives.
Slightly more subtle than Crognale but still packs a punch. The rare Intosso olive is perfectly adapted to the Maiella foothills and gives flavours of cut grass and artichoke. Gentile di Chieti, grown across central Abruzzo, adds notes of sweet almonds and hay. A very good all-rounder and excellent as a kitchen staple. We love it on pasta fagioli soup, in salad dressings or stirred through lentils and chickpeas.
