Pierre Oteiza's saucisse seche is meaty and addictively chewy. It is seasoned with Piment d'Espelette, a mild chilli used locally in place of black pepper, and garlic. Try not to eat the whole thing in one sitting
Made in the Basque Country. This salami will arrive wrapped in paper. Store in the fridge securely wrapped to stop it drying out too much and eat within 2 weeks
