Pecorino Fresco is the mild, milky sheep milk cheese that we take from Emilio Spada from early spring into autumn when sheep's milk is abundant. It is delicious cut in thick wedges and served with fresh mint and olive oil or on a cheese board with grapes and nuts.

NET WEIGHT: Small approx 240g, Medium approx 480g
