Pecorino Semi Stagionato (3 sizes)
The pecorino that we take from Emilio is his semi-stagionato, a medium matured cheese that is aged for about 2 months. It is made with the raw milk from his razza sarda sheep. With its creamy pate and sweet, fruity flavour, is more of a table cheese than a grating one. That said, it is delicious sliced in a salad or served with baby broad beans as a classic antipasto. So delicious and with such a small production, we can never get enough of it and are quite frequently sold out. NET WEIGHT: Small approx 240g, Medium approx 480g, Large approx 1kg
